These terms govern your use of Sonar Grid at getsonargrid.com and app.getsonargrid.com. By creating an account you agree to them. Contact: hello@getsonargrid.com.

The service

Sonar Grid helps agencies and businesses discover local leads, draft social engagement, approve it, and keep a record of what was done. The service is provided in early access and may change.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, the workspaces you manage and the people you invite. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised use.

Connected social accounts

You may connect only social accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain responsible for every action you approve and for complying with each platform’s terms. Sonar Grid applies approval, daily limits and pauses to reduce risk, but cannot guarantee how a platform will treat an account.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, deceptive or unlawful content.
• No attempts to bypass platform security, limits or verification.
• No reverse engineering, scraping or overloading the service.
• No use of Google Places data outside what Google’s terms allow.

Your data

You own the content and data you bring to Sonar Grid. You give us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees

Paid plans, when offered, are described at sign-up. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users or platforms at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and notify you of material changes. Continued use means you accept them.
